Innovation in Agriculture, Forestry, Food and Gastronomy is an event intended for both professional and general audiences, featuring conferences, seminars, workshops, and guided tastings. Individual parts of the programme will focus on beer and brewing ingredients (hops and malt), wine, spirits, wood, and forestry.

About the Event

The event is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Czech Republic and in cooperation with the partners of the Czech participation at EXPO 2025 – Czech State Forest, the CzechTourism Agency, Thaya Winery, Rudolf Jelínek, Květná 1794 Glassworks, and Pilsner Urquell.

Representatives of Czech State Forest, the official partner of the Czech Pavilion at EXPO 2025, will deliver a presentation on Friday, 6 June 2025, at the World Expo. During the event, they will present the Czech approach to forest management, with a strong emphasis on environmental responsibility and practical examples of how the public sector can contribute to climate-resilient landscapes. Join experts from Czech State Forest, led by Director General Dalibor Šafařík, who will speak in the Czech National Pavilion about sustainable forestry and the use of wood as a modern, renewable building material.

Video presentations for the general public will take place in the morning on 4 and 5 June 2025 in Daisue Hall, and a tasting of Czech wines will be held between 12:00 and 17:00 on Thursday, 5 June 2025.
