About the Company

The production of shoes by the Czech brand PRESTIGE is rooted in honest craftsmanship and the Czech shoemaking tradition in the Zlín’s factory complex Svit, where even Tomáš Baťa once made shoes. The iconic white Prestižky have remained fundamentally unchanged through 40 years of innovation, thanks to their high quality and timeless design – and they continue to keep pace with modern trends. Master shoemakers now also create new models that combine trusted materials, modern technologies, and a focus on comfort and health safety. The popularity of PRESTIGE shoes is proven by over 3 million pairs produced and thousands of satisfied customers.

Since 2017, PRESTIGE has collaborated with fashion designer Jan Černý, one of the most prominent talents of the current Czech fashion scene. Thanks to this partnership, Prestižky have made their way to Japan, where they are worn by the Czech National Pavilion team at EXPO 2025.

Participation in EXPO 2025 in Osaka is a unique opportunity for PRESTIGE to showcase Czech craftsmanship and shoemaking tradition to the world. We believe that the iconic Czech “Prestižky” will appeal not only to Japan but to the entire region with their quality, comfort, and powerful story.

Ing. Jaroslav Navrátil, CEO of PRESTIGE

PRESTIGE at EXPO 2025

PRESTIGE has provided the Czech pavilion at EXPO 2025 with a total of 120 pairs of its iconic shoes. These are worn by all members of the Czech team and accompany them in their daily work as well as during official events. They serve not only as a practical part of the uniform but also as a stylish representation of Czech tradition and quality on the prestigious international stage.

A limited-edition PRESTIGE model in cognac leather was created in collaboration with fashion designer Jan Černý, the author of the Czech national pavilion’s uniform collection.
