Pre-announcement on the Construction of the Czech Pavilion at Expo 2025: ‘Meet the buyer’
From 13 April until 13 October 2025 the next Expo will be hosted in Osaka, Japan, with the theme ‘Designing Future Society for Our Lives’. The hosting country is expecting 28 million visitors of which 90% are expected to be Japanese. The Czech Republic is one of the countries that will be represented at Expo 2025 Osaka with their own self-built pavilion. The design has been selected on Monday 27 March and after several months of development the basic design plan has been submitted to the local authorities. The receipt of the building permit is scheduled next, marking the preparations of the execution phase and the release of the construction tender.
The Contracting Authority would like to give an opportunity to any interested party to express their interest and to receive more information about the intention, the design and the specific requirements for the execution of this project.
