Circularo's technology supports digitalization and speeds up administrative processes of EXPO Czechia

The Office of the Czech Commissioner General is using Circularo’s digital solutions to optimize workflows. By reducing paperwork and accelerating administrative processes, Circularo’s technology is essential for the seamless preparation for the Czech participation at EXPO 2025. A significant advantage of the system is that critical data and documents, such as contracts, invoices, and transfer protocols, remain secure and protected.

“With Circularo, we can easily and securely send and sign documents from Osaka in just minutes, even though it’s 10,000 kilometers away from our office in Prague, Czechia. This enhances the flexibility of our team, allowing us to accomplish more with the help of Circularo's tools. As the digital age continues to evolve, it’s crucial for us to keep up with it, especially when we’re preparing for an event that has always showcased the latest technological innovations,” said Ondřej Soška, Czech Commissioner General.

As part of his daily duties, Soška signs numerous documents, a process that usually requires printing, copying, scanning, and archiving. This time-consuming approach often complicates the follow-up approvals and other organizational steps, particularly when he’s traveling in Japan. Circularo provides an all-encompassing solution, enabling users to draft documents, securely sign them with a digital signature, and distribute them to recipients online. Additionally, signed documents such as contracts, invoices, and protocols can be neatly organized and securely stored within Circularo’s system.

“By collaborating with the Czech EXPO team, we want to demonstrate how our technology meets challenges related to artificial intelligence. As AI gains more influence, ensuring document security and trustworthiness is crucial. Circularo provides reliable tools for verifying and protecting information, essential for a secure digital future—particularly in the context of international projects like EXPO,” said Pavel Černoch, co-founder of Circularo.

One of the expert conferences scheduled during the 26 weeks of EXPO at the Czech National Pavilion will focus on AI and the future of work. A range of other business and professional topics is also planned, with workshops for smaller groups and events for existing and potential clients. These activities will be hosted in the pavilion’s multifunctional auditorium, business lounge, and meeting rooms. A full list of the conferences can be found in the Business Events Calendar. Companies interested in participating in EXPO 2025 can express their interest through a questionnaire on the Czech participation website or by contacting partnership@expo2025czechia.com

About Czechia’s Participation at EXPO 2025 The upcoming World Expo will be held from April 13 to October 13, 2025, on Yumeshima Island in Osaka, one of Japan’s key economic centers. Czechia will participate independently for the sixth time. Since September 2022, Ondřej Soška has served as the Commissioner General, appointed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for his concept and theme, "Talent and Creativity for Life." In Osaka, Czechia will showcase what the Japanese already admire—such as Czech glass and classical music—alongside Czech innovations, nanotechnologies, promising startups, and regional talent. The Czech National Pavilion, designed as a glass spiral, will be built using modern wooden panels with an artistic glass façade, a craft with centuries of Czech tradition. Inside the pavilion, there will be a permanent exhibition, a multifunctional auditorium, a restaurant, a business lounge, and an outdoor relaxation area with a sea view.
